live trees ample seating clean room helpful valet
the lobby features live trees and ample, comfortable seating areas. my room was quiet and beautiful. it included shutters over the windows. this added a clean and homey touch. the elevator system is neat. it uses a digital pad to select your floor. the valet was helpful and upbeat.
i was never told i need to inform the desk if i needed room service. when i returned after the first night, the room was unkept.

the room has a balcony with sounds of birds. lighting options are ample. i especially liked the shower in my room. the room had beautiful views.

staff members were helpful. they gave me directions to their library. i needed it for a video conference. the valet service operated super early. this was convenient for my early flight.

a starbucks is conveniently across from the entrance. it opens at 4:30am. the hotel is connected to a large conference center. this made attending my conference very easy

The location provides easy access to various shops. The room had ample lighting options. I found the shutters over the windows gave the room a homey feeling.
I was not told I needed to request room service in advance. I was surprised to return after my first day to find the room unkept. I was told a cleaning was not available until the next day. The view from my room looked out on a glass atrium.

a fairly good stay
spacious room available coffee many restaurants fancy image low ceilings high price
the room was spacious. it had all needed amenities, including a large patio. i found complementary coffee available each morning and it was very good. the hotel is very close to many restaurants.
the room i was in was nothing special. it didn't reflect the fancy spa image of the hotel. the 7ft ceilings aged the building. it may be not really worth the price.
