I had an incredible time at this hotel! The hospitality was top-notch, especially with Naiomi, who went out of her way to make our anniversary special. The room was clean and spacious, making our stay comfortable. However, I did notice some dust in certain areas, which was a minor downside. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic experience in Monterey.
